About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service that is friendly, genuine, and professional, always prioritizing the customer above all else. You will create an engaging and interactive shopping experience by sharing your product knowledge, assisting customers with gift selection, and maintaining vibrant, enticing displays. This role offers opportunities to demonstrate initiative and passion for both our products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Use open-ended questions and product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and actively sell.
• Maintain a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards, ensuring a neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, memberships, and ship-to-home options.
• Utilize training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS) to continuously educate yourself on products and services, enhancing the customer experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards.
• Work on the selling floor, which involves physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.
