About the role

As a Sales Associate, you provide excellent customer service that is friendly, genuine, and professional, always prioritizing the customer above all else. You create an engaging and interactive shopping experience by enthusiastically sharing your product knowledge, whether assisting customers in-store, over the phone, or helping them select gifts, cards, or wrapping. You contribute to a vibrant store environment by maintaining neat, inviting, and shoppable displays. Your passion for customer service and willingness to help ensures customers enjoy visiting the store. The role offers opportunities to demonstrate initiative and a love for the products and team.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment by engaging customers with friendly, genuine service to meet their needs.
  • Use open-ended questions and product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and drive sales.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising and replenishment standards to ensure a neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
  • Support key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, memberships, and ship-to-home options.
  • Leverage training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS) to stay informed about products and services, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards, including completing inventories and related initiatives.
  • Work on the selling floor, which involves physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.00
