About the Role

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and follow through in offering meaningful and unique solutions
• Dedicated to greeting and welcoming every customer that visits GNC, creating a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers
• Ability to genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines
• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers
• Ability to learn the features, advantages, and benefits of products
• Support store management in the opening, closing, and operating of a retail store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits, and maintaining store appearance
• Staying on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock room areas
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, frequently reaching and bending and twisting below waist and above shoulders, frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, climbing ladders, reaching and bending, working in varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store, generally working nights or mornings to open or close the store, being able to work key peak business days/hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and working all major U.S. holidays that the store is open
• Must be at least 18 years of age
