As a valuable member of our convenience store staff, you will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks related to customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and product arrangement.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and organization of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor when products need to be restocked.
