Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Underground, Atlanta, GA

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers at DTLR stores. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain DTLR standards.
• Aid in receiving shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing products.
• Present a positive and energetic impression to customers, maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comply with all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, complete daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs according to visual directions.
• Help prevent employee and customer theft and maintain a tidy sales environment.
• Assist with organizing the store as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language for effective communication with management, customers, and colleagues.
• Basic fashion and style knowledge and a willingness to work in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, handling merchandise, and maintaining the store.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work extended hours, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
