Responsibilities
- Sell and provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
- Suggest styles that will best suit customers' needs and sizes, and assist in styling them in LoveShackFancy.
- Pull needed sizes from the stockroom, clean up the fitting room, and order items for clients online when unavailable in the store.
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms and ensure all merchandise is placed back onto the floor after completing a transaction.
- Send follow-up communication to clients thanking them for their purchase, reaching out when a new product arrives, etc.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis, folding, straightening, filling in, and ensuring correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
- Absorb and represent all merchandise, styles, and sizes on the floor.
- Assist with stock duties such as shipments, markdowns, and transfers when needed.
- Follow procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales, ensuring 100% client capture.
- Keep the cash wrap area neat, organized, and maintained with all daily supplies.
- Answer the phone and service the client's needs.
- Help with events both in-store and off-site, including setup, breakdown, and overall organization.
