Sales Associate (Part-Time) Seasonal and Lawn & Garden - Findlay, OH

About the role

This position works in the Lawn & Garden and seasonal departments, assisting customers throughout the retail store with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
• Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves as directed.
• Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products.
• Responsible for assisting in cycle counts.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Process customer returns.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent bending and twisting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Working Environment

• Retail store environment with exposure to cold and warm conditions.
• Irregular work schedule.

Pay
