About the role

The Sales Associate ensures a high-quality eye care and eyewear experience for customers by delivering excellent service, building customer relationships, and assisting with frame selection and optical measurements.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
• Recommend lenses and coatings based on optical prescriptions.
• Assist customers in choosing frames and coordinate measurements with optical tools.
• Foster a positive store environment, maintain displays, and organize inventory.
• Build professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
• Promote an inclusive and respectful culture for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over one year of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to technology and change.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment.
