About the role

The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is responsible for driving sales and creating a great in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or service industry
• Deep interest in fashion
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
