Responsibilities
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Service stores in assigned territories and refill existing displays of products to keep company products fully stocked on the shelves
- Fill cold box and warm shelves at accounts with products sold by the Company
- Assemble, install, and fill all types of display racks
- Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accounts and provide sales route coverage as needed
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account
- Propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative selling skills
- Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events as required
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws (where applicable)
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results; commits to providing a consistent high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring message to audience
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to travel as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Demands
- Activities or conditions for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
- Activities or conditions may include occasional to rare amounts of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- Activities or conditions for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs
Will drive own vehicle daily in Olympia and surrounding area(s) of WA.

Pay
Starting hourly pay between $19 - $23 / hour plus auto allowance. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
