About the Role

Express is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join the team at the Cherryvale store. This role provides a great in-store shopping experience for customers and executes opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures, such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Performs overrides at checkout as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting.
• Follows company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
• Assists with product launch changes according to company SOPs.
• Delivers on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait time.
• Resolves customer service-related issues positively, determining resolutions or escalating as needed, and communicating all issues to Store Management.
• Drives credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Performs other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements of the role.

Skills

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers, leadership, and associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Pay

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon factors including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience. Pay range: $15.00 - $20.15 per hour.
