Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal Opportunities - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Antelope Valley Mall - Palmdale, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties (may).

Job Requirements

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required.

Total Rewards

• Base pay: $17.27 – $19.00 plus commission on sales.
• Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
