Key Sales Associate

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the best of the best and celebrating the successes of a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties

Requirements

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required

Total Rewards

• Base pay: $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission on sales
