Key Sales Associate

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Key Sales Associates. This role involves engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers.

• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties

Job Requirements

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties

Total Rewards

• Base pay: $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission on sales
• Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
