Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
- Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
- Offer extended service plans and financing options
- Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties
Job Requirements
- One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required
Total Rewards
- Base pay: $16.00 – $18.10 per hour plus commission on sales
