Sales Associate / Key Sales - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - North Riverside Park - North Riverside, IL
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties (may).
Job Requirements
- One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required.
Total Rewards
- Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00 plus commission on sales.
- Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
