Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal Opportunities - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Northtown Mall - Minneapolis, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties

Job Requirements

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required

Total Rewards

• Base pay, $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission on sales
• Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
