Sales Associate / Key Sales - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Fashion Centre at Pentagon City - Arlington, VA

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits
• Offer extended service plans and financing options
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties

Job Requirements

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required

• Base pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour plus commission on sales
