Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes product and builds brand relationships
• Assist management in building store business
• Service multiple customers simultaneously and handle projects concurrently
• Stay aware of fashion trends and new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, and fashion
• Use expertise to create outfits and suggest items matching customer needs
• Maintain positive working relationships supporting a productive environment
• Communicate store information, brand initiatives, and discrepancies to management
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas
• Maximize performance through learning opportunities, direction, coaching, and feedback
• Support operational excellence, including inventory management, order fulfillment, recalls, recovery, replenishment, and re-ticketing
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
• Lead or supervise others, including opening or closing the store
• Understand customer needs through intentional conversation

$13.27 - $16.60 hourly USD
