Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers while understanding their needs.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4–5-day work week with the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
