At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every one of our patients and are seeking individuals to join our caring team. We are looking for driven, goal-oriented individuals passionate about health and wellness who enjoy sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and engage in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
• Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace.
• Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
• Willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism as a learning tool.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s core values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year of previous sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Able to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
