Responsibilities

• Help customers bring their home design dreams to life
• Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere
• Work in a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused environment
• Engage with customers through active listening and consultative selling
• Build relationships and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and support store operations
• Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and inventory
• Manage a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Passion for home design and interior décor
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
