Sales Associate - Guest Experience Specialist

Job Overview

As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you are more than just a sales associate—you’re a trusted advisor, a customer champion, and a team leader on the showroom floor. You’ll guide customers through a service-first shopping journey, help them find beautiful home solutions, and represent The Bob’s Way in every interaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, drive sales performance, and grow with one of the fastest-growing furniture retailers in the country. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move about the store for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. without assistance; up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and other physical activity throughout the day

Expected Base Pay

Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay:$20.00 - per hour
