Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Annapolis Mall, Annapolis, MD

About the role

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our DTLR stores. Our employees play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing excellent service and assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge to assist customers and build relationships.
• Maintains and restocks merchandise, monitors store operations, and assists with shipments.
• Monitors store for issues affecting sales and implements loss prevention measures.
• Supports training of new employees and maintains a professional, positive attitude.
• Works flexible hours to support customer demand and business needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

The Sales Associate (Full-Time) pay range is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. This role is eligible for the company's 401K plan.
