Sales Associate (Flexible) - Stocking Team

About the role

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers across various retail areas including cashier, sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor zones. They support store operations such as transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining backroom standards through the 5S program.

Associates utilize retail equipment like cash registers, RF scanners, and signage tools, and may participate in inventory and loss prevention efforts. They learn basic product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and may require additional training in areas like food safety or fuel handling.

The role involves working indoors and outdoors, with PPE provided for certain tasks. Associates are expected to embody brand values, promote customer loyalty, and perform light housekeeping duties. Additional duties may include supporting fuel lane maintenance and hazardous materials handling where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across cashier, sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor zones
• Process transactions and operate retail equipment (e.g., cash registers, RF scanners)
• Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment
• Maintain backroom standards through the 5S program
• Participate in inventory and loss prevention efforts
• Learn and apply basic product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform light housekeeping duties
