Stocking Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. The role may require lifting objects over 50 pounds and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
