• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Knowledge and ability to collaborate to drive results as a team
• Understanding of basic Retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Fast-paced, ever-changing environment experience
