About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a proud Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun experiences for every customer. You’ll live and breathe the Cotton On values, championing our foundations to make a real, positive impact on communities worldwide. Your role includes keeping the store fresh and inviting through careful merchandising and replenishment, and collaborating with your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins together.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and engaging shopping experience.
• Merchandise and replenish stock to maintain a visually appealing and easy-to-shop store environment.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Uphold and promote Cotton On’s values and mission in every interaction.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock management, and service delivery.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders).
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets).
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks.

Pay

$12.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
