Sales Associate- Club Pilates

About the role

Join our welcoming, fast-paced environment as a Sales Associate at Club Pilates in Gainesville, FL. This role offers an opportunity to connect with people, build relationships, and help them feel confident and strong.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes
• Follow up with leads to understand their goals and introduce them to Pilates
• Sell memberships, retail, and private training packages while working toward monthly sales goals
• Absorb and assist members with account questions and updates using our studio software (ClubReady)
• Complete all required training modules through our Powerhouse learning platform
• Support membership retention efforts and ensure members have a great experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
• Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and available
• Participate in community networking events and studio promotions when scheduled
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the studio team

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background check
