A strong ability to develop long lasting client relationships in a fast paced luxury environment.
Natural curiosity for people and an inherent need to provide excellent service.
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
Effective communication in person and in writing.

What We Expect From You

• Report to the Sales Manager and achieve sales goals.
• Balance daily business and High Jewelry sales.
• Develop a network of loyal clients.
• Attend social functions within the community to generate new business.
• Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events.
• Reach out through curated clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Absorb display setup each morning and display breakdown in the evening.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.
• Travel as required.

Expected Salary Range

$24.04 per hour
This role is commission eligible.
