About the role
Fannie May, part of the Ferrero family of brands, seeks a friendly, outgoing Retail Team Member to join our team in the Champaign Retail Store. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, reaching out to the community, and has a love for chocolate.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register
- Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with customers. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for chocolate is a must.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour.
