Responsibilities
- Work with co-workers to meet team goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and gather information
- Aid in buying and merchandising products
- Handle difficult customer situations professionally
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with product lines is a plus
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Schedule
16-20 hours per week
Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available (Sunday availability is a huge plus!)
