Launch your sales career with Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity. We are hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team across 15 states and over 200 retail locations nationwide.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. You’ll promote high-speed internet, Xfinity Mobile, home security, cable television, voice services, and smart home products.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
  • Build value around products and service packages
  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Execute proven sales closing techniques
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Support company initiatives and promotions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commission. Expected earnings range from $18–$35+ per hour, with top performers regularly exceeding expectations. Annual compensation: $35,000 – $65,000+.
