What You'll Do

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service
  • Promote:
    • High-Speed Internet
    • Xfinity Mobile
    • Home Security Solutions
    • Cable Television Services
    • Voice Services
    • Smart Home Products

Sales Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
  • Build value around products and service packages
  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Execute proven sales closing techniques
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment

Team & Store Responsibilities

  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
