Qualifications

• Demonstrated selling competence, styling expertise, and a love of fashion
• Driven to create, build, and cultivate relationships
• Strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, both individually and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal communication skills and high level of integrity
• Technological competency to navigate computers, iPads, and handheld systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods
• Able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 lbs
• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team in building store business
• Support service enhancers, including active use of Concierge
• Service multiple customers simultaneously and handle projects as needed
• Stay aware of fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion, etc.)
• Use fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs
• Maximize individual performance through learning opportunities, coaching, and feedback
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including clienteling, outreach, and appointment setting
• Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery

Location: Barrington, RI (Store 01016). This is a regular part-time position.
