About the role

Responsibilities
- Share your passion and knowledge for our products and assist customers in finding the right items
- Checkout customer in-store and online pickup orders
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, and sales floor standards
- Participate in processing freight and unloading trucks
- Contribute to a safe shopping environment
Requirements
- A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture
- Retail experience a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to initiate conversations
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for those working in a store)

Pay
- Hourly pay range: $19.29 - $19.79
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time associates are eligible for the 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service
- Full-time employees receive benefits starting on the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment
