Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers and their pets for grooming appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Make outbound calls to follow up on grooming appointments and customer needs
• Sell and recommend retail products such as treats, food, toys, and accessories
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays
• Aid in managing customer records and scheduling appointments

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and following up with customers
• Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Loves pets is a must!

Schedule

• Flexible availability preferred, including weekends
• 28-32 hours a week
