Sales Associate

Summary

Under the supervision of the Gift Shop Supervisor, performs customer reception and sales duties and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone calls and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Serves as a point of contact for customers via telephone.
• Promotes positive public relations both in person and on the telephone.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person.
• Effective interpersonal relationship skills.
• Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
• Bilingual proffered (English/Spanish).
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• One year retail experience.
• Must be trustworthy (key holder), on time, dedicated, and reliable.
• Must have a friendly personality and the ability to work some nights and weekend days.
