Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and assist in ensuring all visual standards are met
• Absorb and organize incoming shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments
• Able to arrange and move store fixtures
• Able to move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools
