Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive connections and builds customer loyalty - Handle register transactions efficiently, leveraging your product knowledge to drive upselling opportunities - Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual merchandising standards are met - Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service - Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk throughout shifts - Lift and move merchandise and packages weighing up to 50 lbs - Reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
