Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and help maintain visual standards
• Absorb and assist in organizing the stockroom to create a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service
• Fashion-focused, stay updated on current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles
