Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty. - Perform register functions while leveraging your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales. - Be prepared to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends. - Maintain the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met. - Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated on fashion trends and styles.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk throughout the day. - Pack and unpack shipments, rearrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. - Reach for merchandise using various tools like ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.
