Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Manage the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Absorb and assist in organizing the stockroom to keep the store clean, inviting, and ready for customers

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer focus
• Fashion-savvy and up-to-date on current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach high shelves and move merchandise using various tools
