Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Manage register functions to maximize add-on sales and customer engagement
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom by packing and unpacking shipments and arranging fixtures
• Help maintain a clean and inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fashion-conscious with knowledge of current trends
• Physical requirements: able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use various tools and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
