Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and assist in maintaining visual standards.
• Aid in organizing the stockroom and ensuring a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Fashion-focused with up-to-date knowledge of current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools.
