Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure each visit leaves the customer feeling comfortable, cared for, and confident. - Manage the register efficiently, leveraging your product knowledge and sales skills to drive add-on purchases. - Work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends. - Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. - Help organize the stockroom and contribute to a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer focus. - Stay updated on fashion trends and styles.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk throughout the day. - Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. - Reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment.

Pay

Pay range: $16.90 - $18.53 per hour.
