Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and make every customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
• Perform register functions, using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work flexible schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
• Aid in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools like ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.
