Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive connections and loyalty
- Handle register transactions efficiently, leveraging product knowledge to boost add-on sales
- Work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Maintain the sales floor and adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk during working hours
- Pack and unpack shipments, rearrange store fixtures, and move light packages
- Reach for merchandise using various tools
