Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service that encourages loyalty and positive experiences - Handle register functions effectively, leveraging your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to boost add-on sales - Work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends - Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual merchandising standards are met - Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk during working hours - Pack and unpack shipments, rearrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs - Reach for merchandise using various tools like ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles

Pay and Schedule
