Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and help maintain visual standards
• Absorb and organize incoming shipments, arrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk around during working hours
• Able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools
